Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

Developing and optimizing formulations for a wide range of home care products. The jobholder will work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, marketers, consumer insights, packaging and manufacturing to bring innovative and high-quality products to the market.

1.    Design, develop and deploy innovative products for home care powders and liquid portfolio.
2.    Identify and evaluate raw materials and ingredients suitable for specific product formulations, considering factors such as safety, efficacy, cost and market trends.
3.    Conduct product appraisal studies and develop  protocols to assess their performance on variety of performance attributes.
4.    Conduct and monitor storage stabilities for product launch.
5.    Prepare detailed formulation records, including ingredient lists, manufacturing procedures, and specifications and generate reports to communicate formulation development progress and outcomes effectively.
6.    Provide technical support during the scale-up and manufacturing process, working closely with production teams to ensure the successful transfer of formulations to commercial production.
7.    Other tasks assigned by the R&D Director.
 

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and other suitable majors for the role.
2. At least 04 years of experience in R&D field at the same role in Home and Personal Care Industry.
3. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in formulation development, testing and documentation.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret test results, troubleshoot formulation issues and propose effective solutions.
7. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
8. Time management skill.
9. Excellent project management skill.
10. Good communication in English.
11. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel…).
