Financial Controller
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the business partner to commercial team of VIETNAM market by providing financial data and practical advice on all financial topics.
- Contribute to business decision making by developing an ad-hoc financial analysis or financial simulation to support the business partner.
- Control the budget and ensure efficient investment on all the budget lines of the VIETNAM market.
- Validate all expenses proposals of the market, according to the Company’s authorization matrix, in light of budget and the company’s policies.
- Deliver on time and accurately the full management P&L to VIETNAM market.
- Review financial data (monthly, annual), perform variance analysis and ensure accurate accounting in close coordination with Accounting & Tax Manager.
- Deliver on time and accurately the full financial analysis of VIETNAM market.
- Take the lead in budgeting and forecasting process for the VIETNAM market, in close coordination with the business partners.
- Manage Commercial and IT CAPEX budget.
- Coach, develop, train team members.
- Implement within the perimeter all rules and initiatives related to internal control.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or a related field.
- Professional Accountancy qualifications (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
2. Work Experience:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including 5 years of experience as Financial Controller role from FMCG Industry
3. Professional skills/ Competencies:
- An analytical mind and a keen interest in the analysis coupled with a strong commercial acumen.
- Comprehensiveness of the analysis & presentation of data.
- Proactive, self-confident and a problem solver who possesses excellent communication skills that will be required to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Accuracy, reliability of report. Thoroughness of analysis conducted.
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Uses reporting tools & software at an advanced level: overall SAP - FICO modules, RIO2.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
