Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Establish and implement marketing strategy for the assigned category that supports the achievement of the organization business objectives.

🔹 Take charge of business performance of category and align CMO/ Board of Directors.

🔹 Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy/plan to meet changing markets and competitive condition.

🔹 Manage marketing communication, portfolio, promotions, and measure marketing activity results.

🔹 Take responsibility for the monitoring and budget control of the marketing expenses to ensure effective spending.

🔹 Liaise with sales and other related departments to ensure that marketing strategy/plan of category are aligned with overall marketing strategy and organization objectives.

🔹 Build and manage the performance of external service providers.

🔹 Build a high-performance team.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

🔸 Qualification & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics.

- 8-year experience working in marketing at MNC companies in similar role.

- Expertise in brand, category and channel development & FMCG.

- Highly entrepreneurial with passion for winning & ability to deliver stretching targets under pressure.

- Strategic thinking envisions the future and build game changing strategies.

- Excellent hands-on leader who can challenge and lead the team to deliver stretching targets with excellence in execution.

- Good presentation skill in both English and Vietnamese.

- Ability to work with and without data and established systems.
