CHIEF OF PRODUCTION
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Be directly responsible to the CEO for all operations and manufacturing activities of all plants (more than 15 plants) of the group nationwide.
☑️ Report to CEO.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food chemistry and other suitable majors for the role.
✅ Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
✅ 20+ years of experience in manufacturing field in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Nutrition… and at least 8+ years of working experience as the same role.
✅ In-depth knowledge of manufacturing in FMCG and processing technologies
✅ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
✅ Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting management
✅ Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
✅ Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
✅ Excellent project management skills
✅ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication & presentation skills, time management skill.
✅ Good knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000, HACCP, GMP, Safe Quality Foods (SQF). ….
✅ Good communication in English.
✅ Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel…)
