Purchasing Specialist - GMP Coordinator

1. Work location: District 3, HCM City 2. Industry: Pharmaceutical Industry 3. Report to Purchasing Team Leader 4. Job Summarize: Responsible for managing the entire API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) source transfer process from initiation to completion. Coordinate with external partners and relevant internal departments to ensure the successful execution of activities and achievement of the department’s objectives.
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with relevant departments to define technical requirements and project timelines for API sourcing.
- Communicate with API suppliers to request and collect technical, regulatory, quality, provide sample and commercial documents required for source evaluation.
- Coordinate, consolidate feedback and action from relevant functions and communicate them clearly to suppliers and internal stakeholders for requirements.
- Operate change control report to change source and manage timelines and action plans, ensuring timely completion of key activities.
- Track and escalate project delays, gaps and critical issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Proceed source-development activities are conducted in accordance with applicable company SOPs, GMP, regulatory requirements, and qualification by QA Dept.
- Do other ad-hoc assignments from direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- At least 01 year of experience in the same role in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Knowledge of GMP
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to perform highly detailed work on multiple, concurrent tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and intensive deadlines
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Meticulous, honest
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the company
- Good command of English
- MS Office 365: Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
