Area Sales Manager (ETC) - In Charge Of Originator SGLT2 inhibitor for the treatment of Diabetes

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing medical representatives and achieving sales targets for the Originator SGLT2 inhibitor for the treatment of Diabetes.
  • Responsible for listing products in hospitals and assigned territories as directed by the Business Unit Director, and for building annual tender volumes to drive growth and achieve the yearly sales targets set by the Board of Directors.
  • Develop sales strategies and short- and long-term customer engagement plans, and provide reports in accordance with the timelines required by the Business Unit Director.
  • Support and coordinate with the Brand Manager to execute product business strategies, aiming to achieve sales targets and growth in line with the direction of the Board of Directors.
  • Consolidate and report on sales performance by territory and sales channel, as well as market conditions and competitor activities within assigned areas, on a periodic basis to the Business Unit Director.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing Medical Representatives in Diabetes and Cardiovascular portfolios, and prior experience working at multinational companies.
  • Prefers candidates who graduated universities, majored in Pharmacology
  • Proficient in the use of office software applications (word, excel, power point...).
  • Good communication, reading, and understanding of documents in English.
  • Having strong relationships with Endocrinologists, Cardiologist.
  • Ability to manage Medical Representatives with strong leadership.
  • Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure.
  • Communication, negotiation, Leadership skills.
  • Careful, thoughtful, flexible and active
