Modern Trade Channel Manager
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Develop an annual sales and marketing strategy of the channel according to the general direction of the company: pharmacy chains, supermarkets and convenience stores, businesses and e-commerce,…
☑️ Develop a distribution channel expansion strategy through finding and opening new customers, negotiating commercial terms to sign contracts.
☑️ Train company products to the partner's sales staff, encourage them to give priority to introduce company products and promotions to consumers.
☑️ Develop, manage and implement marketing activities and sales-boosting activities at customers' point of sale.
☑️ Promote the brand image at the customer's point of sale to capture consumers attention, encourage them to choose company products.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
✅ University Graduate.
✅ Preferred BA in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Medical / Pharmaceutical/ Economics.
✅ Deep understanding of the market (experience in pharmaceutical industry, dietary supplement, skin care preferred), orientation, development and implementation of business strategy and marketing activities. • Ability to build strong relationships with key person (buyers, store managers, ...).
✅ Basic financial analysis (sales targets, P&L ...).
✅ At least 3 years of experience in distribution channels, especially MT and online channels: chain stores, supermarkets, B2B, e-commerce…
✅ Having basic knowledge about ISO, GMP, GPP, and GDP.
✅ Communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Leadership skills.
✅ Planning and reporting skills.
✅ Time management skills.
✅ Careful, thoughtful, flexible and active.
✅ Office computer skill (PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel…).
✅ Good communication skills in English, both verbally & written.
✅ Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure.
✅ Able to travel to provinces.
✅ Gender: Male, Female (Male prefer).
