MARKETING BRAND MANAGER - OTC

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

☑️ Plan the brand's medium and long-term strategy to ensure the achievement of annual and long-term goals including revenue, profit, and other marketing goals.

☑️ Plan, evaluate and analyze market trends and consumer behaviour to identify development opportunities.

☑️ Develop a master plan for new and existing products including Product positioning, pricing strategy, communication strategy, and marketing programs.

☑️ Lead the implementation of the approved brand's marketing plan.

☑️ Track brand budgets and profits to ensure activities are always within approved budgets and other financial metrics.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

✅ Qualification: Graduated from university or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Commerce.

✅ Priority is given to candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position at multinational companies in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.

✅ Proficient in the use of office software applications (word, excel, powerpoint,...).

✅ English: Good communication, reading, and understanding of documents.

✅ Enthusiastic, creative, good thinking, be an influencer and have a positive manner in work.

✅ Love the job, able to withstand high work pressure.

✅ Have effective presentation and communication skills.

✅ Have problem-solving skills and creative and independent decision-making.

✅ Good organization and planning skills.
