Group Brand Manager – OTC Group

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

☑️ Planning and implementing medium and long-term strategies of the Brand/category to ensure the achievement of annual and long-term goals including revenue, profit and other marketing objectives.

☑️ Planning, evaluating and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

☑️ Developing an overall marketing plan for new and existing products including: product positioning, pricing strategy, communication strategy and marketing programs.

☑️ Controlling the budget allocated to the activities of the industry to ensure cost-effectiveness.

☑️ Managing and developing your industry team into a professional, dynamic and competent team.

☑️ Coordinating with relevant units to ensure goods for efficient business operations.

☑️ Controlling database, tracking training-budget and reports related to.

☑️ Assisting the Marketing Director in developing, supervising the implementation, reviewing and ensuring the completion of processes, policies and procedures to improve the operational efficiency of the units.

☑️ Performing other operations as required by superiors.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

✅ University Graduate.

✅ Preferred BA in Pharmacist, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics/ Finance, etc.

✅ At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the same position at MNC in Pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.

✅ Presentation skill.

✅ Efficient communication skill.

✅ Decision Making skill.

✅ Excellent planning and organizing skills.

✅ Office computer skill (PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel…).

✅ Thorough understanding of Business and related government regulations.

✅ Good communication skills in English, both verbally & written.

✅ Enthusiastic, creative and ability to make influence and active impact.

✅ Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure.
