Brand Manager - OTC
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
- Planning medium and long-term strategies of the Brand to ensure the achievement of annual and long-term goals including revenue, profit, and other marketing objectives.
- Planning, evaluating, and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop a master plan for new and existing products including product positioning, pricing strategy, communication strategy, and marketing programs.
- Lead the implementation of the approved brand marketing plan, working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure KPIs are met.
- Monitor and manage brand budget and profitability to ensure activities stay within the approved budget and track other related financial indicators.
- Propose and execute trade marketing programs to boost sales in current distribution channels and expand into new channels (Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce).
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders: suppliers, agencies, sales teams, and distributors to successfully execute marketing activities
- Analyze sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for strategic adjustments

1. Qualifications:
- Prefers candidates who graduated university, majored in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics.
- Good at using office computer skills (Words, Excel, Power Point…)

- At least 3 years’ working experience in the same position at MNC in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food Supplement, FMCG Industry.
3. Other Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, creative.
- Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure.
- Understanding clearly about consumer-driven Marketing, strongly understand communication and deep dive market reports.
