Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

☑️ Safety

- Adhere and comply with all safety and health procedures and regulations, and to inform the HSE team when there is an unsafe act, situation or practice being observed. Lead Logistics team to implement HUNs and Walk&Talk requirement together;

☑️ Logistics Strategy

- Develop new logistics strategies that are agile, flexible and cost-effective; policy, objectives and execution plan strategically and operationally to be in line with company and supply chain strategy, targets;

- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency; Plan or implement material flow management systems, import-export to meet production requirements.

- Strategically organize optimal warehouse capacity and streamline logistics processes to reduce cost; develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.

- Proactively work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company strategies, procedures and operations; collaborate with procurement team to build annual logistics budget;

☑️ Logistics Operations Management

- Establish specific logistics-based performance measurement systems. Supervise inbound, outbound logistics, warehouse, transportation, and import-export.

- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met; analyze all aspects of logistics and the financial impact of proposed logistics changes to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies.

- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports; monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.

- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements and ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

☑️ Project management

- Lead and manage logistics and warehouse projects to improve internal or external logistics systems or processes;

- Organize people, layout, processes to operate new warehouses and optimize warehouse systems; logistics model in line with company strategy and growth;

- Proactively lead cross-functional projects to optimize warehouse and logistics efficiency; and proactively partnering with carriers, transporters, forwarders to initiate and implement cost optimization;

☑️ People management

- Develop talents to build a capable team, set clear objectives for the team and individual, feedback performance periodically.

- Motivate, recognize and support team member for their continuous improvement;

- Supervise, manage and evaluate performance, development, attendance and behaviour of staff and provide trainning, coaching as well as building a succession plan for key positions;

- Ensure all staff are aware of and follow employment and legislative responsibilities in relation to safety, code of conduct, Policies, Quality and OSHE requirement;

☑️ Others: Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Supply Chain Manager.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

✅ Education - BA of Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business, Foreign Trade is required.

✅ Business/ Economic Finance & Accounting/Economic Commercial & Training Work Experience.

✅ At least 5 years in a managerial role in manufacturing or logistics operations in multinational companies.

✅ Management level of operational experience covering planning, transport, warehousing & distribution, inventory management, import-export.

✅ Experience in ERP system; WMS and cost control / project management.

✅ Familiarity with glass manufacturing process is an advantage.
