Trade Marketing Executive (Brand Activation Executive)

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

☑️ Drive for Result:

• Assist in pushing sales by promotion driven activities, execute trade promotion activities.

• Develop trade promotion activities from proposal, implement, follow up, evaluation to payment.

• Communicate in a united and synchronous way all promotion mechanism execution across all regions.

• Responsible for planning, implementing & monitoring POSM, tours, events (if any) in all regions.

• Responsible for all merchandizing items according to brand guideline.

• Ensure INSEE Brand image and brand visibility at point of sale & compliance.

☑️ Customer centric:

• Visit RTLs get customer insight about top of mind, decision marker, demand, pricing, volume, survey trade promotion of INSEE and competitors.

• Building closer relationship with Retailer (RTL) & Official Distributors (OD) by trade promotion and engagement program.

☑️ Innovation:

• Innovation for trade promotion based on customer insights.

☑️ Analysis skill:

• Make market analysis report to provide and analyze data, find out solution and recommend proposal to develop market.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

✅ Educational Qualification: ▪ Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, Finance.

✅ Relevant Experience: Trade Marketing, Sales (1-2 years).

✅ Skiils & Knowledge:

▪ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

▪ Knowledge in conducting promotion activities/ Pricing.

▪ Analysis and forecast skill.

▪ Able to work under time constraints.

▪ Budget management.

▪ Communication skill.

▪ Planning skill & Projects management.

▪ Ability to think logically and creatively.
