Sales Manager
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Approach consulting companies from the beginning phase to spec-in products during the first design phase until tender. Act as a consultant for explaining the role of products and specification to persuade customers to choose the company's solutions to apply to their projects.
🔹 Cooperate with consultant to approach owner/developer to use the company's solution design in their projects.
🔹 Make plan to visit and take care of consulting companies to strengthen relationship with them, then get project information and support consultants to design for using the company's product for their projects.
🔹 Make presentation/ training to provide more information of products and technology as well as tighten relationship with customers, consultants.
🔹 Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers/distributors and looking for new customers/distributors to develop the market.
🔹 Check and review tender documents & cooperate with Sales Support team to make quotation and biding.
🔹 Follow-up activities relating to quotation and biding that sent to customers and propose the right way to win contract.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
🔸 Over 5-year experience in construction industry sales area such as Construction material, M&E system, Drainage, products in Hospitality or F&B... or have a few years' experience to work at M&E consulting agencies, main contractors, Construction material distributors.
🔸 Have market connection through relation to many design consultants.
🔸 Prefer bachelor's degree in Engineering as Construction/ Mechanical / Industrial / Process Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction management.
🔸 Advanced level of English in written and verbal communication skills.
🔸 Good at presentation, MS office, AutoCAD.
🔸 Ability to work individually and as a team.
