Procurement Specialist - Logistics Operation Services
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Mainly manage the procurement activities for operation-related services in Logistics category (Material handling services or equipment rental, crane/lifting service or equipment rental, stevedoring or manpower services, warehouse rental/services…).
☑️ Occasionally or project-based support and handle procurement task for logistics transportation services (bulk truck transport, barge transport, sea vessel…).
☑️ Negotiate and manage contract terms and conditions to ensure the best interest for the company.
☑️ Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations.
☑️ Analyze and evaluate supplier performance to maintain capable supplier base for the operation.
☑️ Analyze the related procurement data to define possible initiatives for cost saving and scope optimization.
☑️ Manage and complete assigned reports from Management.
☑️ Develop new capable suppliers and maintain relationship with current supplier to ensure the competitiveness and advantages of procurement.
☑️ Coordinate with other departments/ functions to get the work done in a supportive and effective way.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
✅ Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree
✅ Relevant Experience and Competencie:
- Experience in a previous procurement role (sourcing, operations) with exposure to Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing and optimal procurement processes and standards.
- Experience acquired in a MNC, especially in Construction/Building Material Industry, is an advantage.
- Owning massive knowledge and experience in dealing with heavy handling equipment for bulk material is a PLUS.
- Demonstrated performance in working within cross-functional teams.
- Integrity and high commitment.
- Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate at cross-function in both English and Vietnamese language.
- Effective time management, planning and organization skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguities, conflict and adversarial relationships.
- Good negotiation skills both internally and externally.
- Proven ability in analysis and interpretation of procurement data.
