Operations Audit Executive
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Monthly stock counts.
☑️ Perform monthly stock counts (scan stock, reconciliation, review and justify explanation from stores).
☑️ Prepare stock count minutes and compensation minutes Operational audit.
☑️ Perform periodically/ surprise audit visit to ensure stores follow operational guidelines & company policy.
☑️ Other tasks assigned by Direct Line Manager.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
✅ Education Bachelor degree in Business Administrative, Economics or International Business Experience.
✅ 1-2 years’ experience in store management, store chains is plus.
✅ Experience in multinational retail/ consumer goods will be an advantage.
✅ Strong computer literacy/ High proficiency in word, excel.
✅ Intermediate English written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Make plans and write reports.
✅ Good control of document Supported skills.
✅ Be detail-oriented and careful, strong observation.
✅ High responsibility, dynamic and good teamwork spirit.
✅ Be able to work independently towards tight deadlines.
✅ Able to work under high pressure environment.
