Leasing Coordinator

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

☑️ STORE EXPANSION:

- Assist the Expansion Manager in collecting data to formulate the Expansion Plan.

- Assist the Expansion Manager to implement development strategies in opening new Aldo in various strategic locations in the commercial section according to the latest Expansion Strategic Plan. The Leasing Coordinator will be involved in searching potential commercial sites, building pipelines for Aldo opening.

- Coordinate with other team members to consolidate the research and survey in line with Aldo guidelines (such as 9 Box, Retail Trade Zone Survey, Trade Area Analysis, Competitors’ Benchmarking, etc.) and preparing feasibility studies for Management & AGI approval.

- Build up and maintain a good relationship with landlords, property developers, property agents and other relevant parties to handle all matters relating to leasing properties in the assigned section.

- To support store operation team and project coordinator to handle all issues related the leased premises.

☑️ CONTRACT AND PAYMENT:

- To assist Expansion manager/ get consult from Finance/Corp Legal on contract’s term/condition to ensure ALDO have the best leasing term.

- Liaise with the landlord/ authorities and coordinate with Legal Department to handle necessary documents relating to store development.

- Responsible for the lease agreement review together with store assessments to provide Expansion Manager with necessary information to make strategic decision on leasing renewal, store closure or relocation in the assigned section - Following up with leasing agreements, licenses, insurance and payment.

- Purchasing Request (PR) for all cost related to leasing/ store construction/ maintenance.

☑️ DOCUMENT CONTROL:

- Data management: Ensure all expansion information is keeping on the right data format.

- Maintain the filing system of the department and responsible for the departmental administration and records update.

- Carry out research and data collection for the update and accuracy of the departmental research library on property market, competitors’ information and Retail industry.

- To keep track the team working day/ following up on team report.

- Act as the contact point and coordinator for the department.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction, or a related field.

✅ At least 1-3 years of experience in an equivalent position in the Retail/Cosmetics/Fashion industry.

✅ Proactive / attention to detail / sense of urgency.

✅ Strong data management.

✅ Process oriented.

✅ Strong sense of urgency.

✅ Relationship management.

✅ Negotiation/ influencing skill.
