Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Budget management

• Define an IT strategy to implement the business strategy in line with market practice
• Determine the financial objective of all IT Departments along with the annual budgeting process
• Set procurement policies that ensure cost-efficient procurement of IT Infrastructure and services
• Stipulate periodic measures to identify and rectify deviations from the budget

Manage hardware and software development activities

• Manage the Company’s relationship with key vendors for the supply of hardware and software and ensure timeliness and quality of the application delivered
• Liaise with external agencies (like Auditors and other legal entities), infrastructure vendors/suppliers for the smooth functioning of all departments
• Guide computer systems and software technology development initiatives to support business requirements at the Central level

Set policies and procedures that act as guidelines for implementing IT strategy

• Spearhead change management initiatives in collaboration with other IT department heads to facilitate the adoption of new or improved IT processes and/or procedures across the organization
• IT security& risk management to: Ensure periodic maintenance of the IT infrastructure and timely and quality support for users

Managing and developing the staff of the Information Technology Department

• Recruit and develop a core IT team that will blend with the organization's culture and strive towards achieving IT objectives effectively & efficiently.
• Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets and take leadership positions.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

1/ Qualifications: University Graduate or higher majoring in Information Technology

2/ Experience:

• At least 10 years of management experience in an IT environment
• Successful ERP implementation experience (Must)
• Experience in implementing logistics-related projects/ DMS
• Experience in manufacturing industry and wide - range sales distribution system

3/ General Skills:

• Strategic Thinking, Decision Making, Customer Service Orientation, Teamwork and collaboration

4/ Other requirements:

• English: Good communication skills in English, both verbally & written.
• Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure.
