Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage the overall responsibility for the management function of the Company and for the operations of the Company’s vessels.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in business administration & other suitable majors for the role in shipping/maritime transportation
🔸 MBA is preferred.
🔸 At least 04 - 05 years of experience in a similar role in shipping industry; and minimum 03 years of experience as a Tanker Master/Captain.
🔸 Strong leadership, decision making, influencing and excellent communication skills.
🔸 Extensive Marine Experience and/or Shipping studies.
🔸 A well-established work experience in shipping industry
🔸 Extensive knowledge of Human resources management.
🔸 Extensive knowledge of finance/financial markets.
🔸 Extensive knowledge in Public media relations
🔸 Good communication in English, both speaking & writing.
🔸 Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel…)
