Chief Marketing Officer

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Builds strategic and innovative marketing plans that foster brand awareness and drive for business growth.
  • Creates and leads successful marketing campaigns by using product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
  • Manages sales plans, new business development, distribution channels and customer service.
  • Conducts customer, brand, and product research initiatives.
  • Involves in and oversees daily strategic business direction.
  • Identifies opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Be responsible for building a highly efficient team of marketing professionals. Sets, monitors and reports on team goals.
  • Prepares and manages monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department.
  • Provides direction and leadership, while being responsible for initiating marketing strategies as well as acting as an advisor to the CEO & the board of directors.

 

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Marketing Professional or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, creative and strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team while being easily adaptable to change.
  • Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels. 
  • Familiar with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing.
  • Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative and be proactive going beyond the call of duty.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
