Broker Manager
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
☑️ To be responsible for establishment, operation and development retail business.
☑️ Lead to build and deploy the retail product and services.
☑️ Assist the related teams to build the policies to operate the retail business (such as incentive policy for broker/ premiser).
☑️ To be responsible to build brand name and take market share in retail.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
✅ Having experience of direct establishment and development the securities retail business.
✅ Thorough understanding about business enviroment of retail services in Vietnam securities market.
✅ Having experience of operation the network of broker and remiser.
✅ Strong networking with other securities company.
✅ 05 years experience of operation the retail services in a large size Vietnam securities company.
✅ Ability to work under pressure.
✅ High level of English proficiency.
